It is a partially insulated wooden building with a metal roof on a brick foundation. The building has house number 239. It was built around 1969. It is a prefabricated cottage called Nataša. Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove, water is from a private well and hot water is provided by an electric boiler. It is a beautiful location in the Sázava region, easily accessible by train.
